Founded in 1976, the Gulf Stream Civic Association gives permanent and seasonal residents a way to take an active role in preserving the character, safety and beauty of our Town.

What we do

• Support the Gulf Stream Police Department, most recently with a Rapid ID fingerprint device, medical bags for every patrol vehicle, and a drone.
• Administer the Community Holiday Fund.
• Sponsor beautification and safety projects, and host the annual Members Meeting each April with the Mayor and the Chief of Police.

Membership is $100 a year and covers up to two members of a household.
